Allow customers to sit inside & wait, as not everyone has a second vehicle or can be dropped off while service is being done.

My complaint is with Taylor Rental located at 3315 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy., Inverness, Florida. I had a trailer hitch installed on my vehicle this morning at the Inverness Florida location. My appointment was at 7:30 am. I had told them when they called to confirm I would be waiting there as I only have the one vehicle. But when I arrived this morning I was told I needed to wait outside, by the way it was raining the entire time I was there. As I indicated my appointment was at 7:30 am & they finished with the trailer hitch at 9:10. I was outside standing in the rain from 7:30 until 8:40 when a fellow Viet Nam Vet who works there came out & offered me to come inside & sit in the tool room where I was able to sit & wait until my vehicle was ready at 9:10. I understand taking precautions due to the Covid-19 virus, however I would have been 6 feet apart from the mechanic working on my vehicle which is following the guidelines. I was & still am shocked I had to wait outside standing without a chair to sit on in the rain. If this is Company policy I kindly ask that their policy be addressed. I was a paying customer & should have been treated accordingly. I tried to email Taylor Rental Corporate direct but could not find an email address.
