TBC Corporation complaints

Had appointment at 1pm 8/13/24 at NTB in Warrenton, Va to rebalance 4 tires, change2, new tpms. My dog was being neutered and done at vet (5pm) and I could not be late picking him up. My handicapped mom w/me as arrive at NTB at 1pm. The manager "blue", late 40's female forgets my appointment but says they will be done way before I must leave at 4pm. Takes my keys and my mom and I weight 2 1/2 hours till they even pull my car in. I ask to cancel and blue says no. They don't finish till 4:40pm and I have an hour drive to get to get at 5:40 (way late). Tires shaking terrible past 55mph. TPMs sensory on wrong wheels (front and rear wheels swapped but they didn't change tpms sensors and charged me anyways. I call today. This happened 8/13/24. Manager blue answers today. Immediately blames me. (I think you broke me it, struts shocks?) I told her absolutely no way. fill back tire with air and my car shows front tire filling up (they never even replaced sensors). I told her I'm calling today because it's my only day free tomorrow. My daughters mom terminally ill with cancer, I own my company 12 years and work 12 hour days a lot. Taking care of my child and mom, business, I have no spare time. Sadly, you can look right at each wheel and tell these people balanced the tires wrong (terrible banging and noises at 55mph or faster Managerhangs up onme today and says I broke my own car. I recorded all conversations. Blue has no right treating customers like trash. I recorded it all. Resolution Sought Explain how this woman ever got to deal with customers and even more weird be manager of the store. I need my new tires rebalanced on the rims again and I need 4 new tpms sensors(I paid for). I would like a discount for the absolute hell this woman brought upon myself, my mom and the 3 other customers that day that were also lied to, belittled,had faces made at,cursing and god knows what else.

The story is on June 9. I get there around 10:30 to see where and which tire has an air leak from a nail probably which it is on the back right the guy that worked on my vehicle lifted it up in the air but crooked it was leaning to the left side of the driver side in the air. Yes, you read that correctly, so therefore, it broke and bent my runningboards and he broke my key, and I can't seem to get anyone to contact or get in touch with the upper management since none of the managers at the location are willing to pay and accept the estimates that I gave them from the shops that I use I feel like they are giving me the runaround to avoid paying for it!!!!! Resolution Sought Fix my key and running boards. They can now pay to have the running boards removed or fixed but I need my second key in case something happens to the only one I have working right now. This was a simple nail in a tire that has been completely drawn out oh and the nail in the tire 30.00 & 2.5 hours later. Discount Tire = free!!! (closed on Sundays) :( Why do they get a star? Down below? The price above can change but 804.00 running boards to be fixed and key is down tow 200.00-476.00
