I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima straight out for 2561.00 from Eric Rowland on March 20 2021 , Eric promised a detail and the body work to be completely done on said car at time of purchase also at time of purchase I explained that I was planning to go to NC and visit my family in April and ask if the was reliable and dependable, He replied, you shouldn't have any issues. I went down April 5th came back April 26th on my way home coming through Maryland the car would get to a certain gear point and then just rev , when stopping at a red it would just shut off , I had to use the his and her shift to gear back down , once home I contacted Eric took the car to him on May 5th on May 17th I got a call from NC that my mom passed , I then contacted Eric and explained to him about my mom and that I was needed back in NC. JUNE 8th Myself & Lowville DMV have phone tag excuses exchanges with Eric , June 9th again he gives myself and DMV the run around until he finally decided to show up him self with ALL unsubmitted paper work to DMV , causing me to have a 3 month insurance lapse close to cancelation, possibly licensed suspension , plus for 3 months I was driving illegal unknowing to me June 9th I get my car back No detail or body work is done , I filed complaint through DMV , a don't recommend review on his page and he became very messageive and rude. My car was missing a back up camera , my handicap placard, all my cell phones accessories, my heavy duty wea Resolution Sought I would like a refund for everything missing from my car , the detailing and body work to be paid for and fixed but I DONT WANT HIM TOUCHING MY CAR AGAIN.

Company states: We didn't ask for this. This customers out of line and continues to be unprofessional. We do not believe in operating with poor business practices. She feels that she's been treated unfairly. She was aware of what it was when she signed up. We have al legal papers and documentation to prove and protect ourselves if need be. We ask that she does not contact us again, including third party contact, if so we will take whatever the next legal steps are.
