I had my 750 LI towed by this cmpany a couple moths ago. They take cars that donmt display there parking passes in the window. They said mine want there when they towed it. I know the pass was there because I always make sure, but paid , they took a pic. This morning a neighbor asked me did I see the tow company . I had just moved my car from the front to the back these cars don't have passes. I then replied to her that you have to come back here at a certain time so they wont get you.She then let me know that that don't matter because they will shake your car until the pass falls down. That's when I knew they did that to me I remember putting my pass up but it wasn't totally up and shaking it could make it fall. This company does not deserve to be in business. If they have to go around shaking cars to make the passes fall. She has them on camera doing this I would like to gwt my refund from them thanks. Resolution Sought I would like my total refund back because this not the way to do business. I would also like her to get her refund from this matter.
