1st call 11/30/2021: just left number no name and no follow up letter. 2nd call 2/11/2022 just left number no name and no follow up letter. 4/6/2022 no name and nothing this. Resolution Sought I know they should have followed up with a letter for me to be able to dispute it and I want it taken off my credit.
