Just need this to be known that they are a joke and a bunch of crooks
Have a retail store card (Cub Cadet) that I was behind on without any communication from the bank. They still had the wrong phone number on file for me that I called to change 2 and a half years ago when I changed jobs. I have auto pay setup so I don't have to baby sit the account but apparently after 01/01/24 it turned off even though my records show it to be active so I don't pay attention to the statements and haven't since 2021 when the account was started. I sat on hold for a total of 4 hours on 6/3/24 to get no resolve on the situation (horrible customer service). I call back on 6/4/24 get a great response time on answering thought awesome going to go smooth this time. I request a letter or statement be sent to me showing the account is brought back into good standing and am informed again that is not something they do. Never heard of a bank not being an aid to their customer and emailing something like that. I have 5 other banks I deal with daily that have no problem filling this request. After this account is payed off next month I will absolutely never do business with TD Bank again. Horrible Customer Service all the way around.

Customers have very limited days and hours of service from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday by appointment only.
TD bank has only one location 94 str , Broadway TD bank, 94 str and Broadway, phone # 917-493-5682 that services upper west side neighborhood. Customers have very limited days and hours of service from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday by appointment only. When I called about 16 times to make an appointment with the teller there was only a voicemail that said that someone will get back to me. Nobody did. A week ago I made a trip to that bank location There was a long line of very frustrated customers who could not get in . Security guards were physically pushing customers away and trying to restrain them and thus creating a very dangerous environment for social distancing and contracting Coronavirus .This appalling treatment by TD bank has to stop. The customers are entitled to get serviced by efficient and professional manner. And not turned away and encounter physical violence against them because they needed to be serviced. I would like the business to open more open locations, extend the hours of operations, have phone calls returned to make an appointment instead of being ignored ,to provide actual service not in words but by actions. Treat customers with respect and not rudeness by being shoved away and getting yelled for asking to see a teller or a banker
