Be nice to the consumer show respect dignity an be honest upfront. Not be rude extra.

They are requiring I send in a proof of residency, after canceling two appointments with me. The man on the phone named John simply stated I should go threw a different company being totally rude to me. Knowing I either do as they ask or I don't get any service knowing there the only good cable internet company around.
