Been a tds customer for 40 years or more. Been setup with auto pay for years with no problems. Had to cancel because of bad service. They don't prorate so I had to pay an extra month that I agreed to. They told me then everything was good and send back the equipment which I did.Now 2 months later I get a bill they can't explain, can't protest or talk to a supervisor. They say I have under paid for months with no proof after paying monthly their said amount. They say if I don't pay now I being turned in to collections Resolution Sought Be honest they're ripping me off. Do what they said when I canceled. No balance due.

Per consumer "Please cancel my request as the company contacted me and finally showed proof that I was underpaying them for a period. I have now settled with them"

TDS found through the use of their field technician that a phone line mended to be repaired. We called repeatedly to TDS and patiently waited over 3 months for the phone line to be repaired. We were instructed to pay our bill and we would be refunded every month we were without service. After contacting TDS this final time TDS refused to credit us our phone service charge because we no longer were able to wait for their repair. . Resolution Sought Refund our money for phone line service for 3 months
