I called and cancelled service due to a move in November and reconnected service at my new address on 11/14/24. I am being billed for both addresses even after I was told by a supervisor not to pay as it was in error. I cannot get this resolved and now they are threatening to disconnect service. I have made every monthly payment on time and have my band records to prove it. Resolution Sought Reimburse me for overcharges that were billed after Nov 30. 2024

After canceling my service, someone called in and had them turn it back on without my permission under my account name which is considered fraud. Called multiple times with no resolve.. Resolution Sought Cancel charges that are fraudulent charges $100.00.
