I canceled two warranties that were included in a loan From my lender First Technology Credit Union. I filled out the paperwork on April 21st 2021 but later found out that I forgot some information. I provided them the missing information and they haven't returned the money back to the lender. I have gone in person to speak to Chris Fann and they tell me he isn't available. I can not get anyone on the phone and communicating through email hasn't worked either. I still have all the emails if they are needed. I believe they have no intention of returning the money. I really need help to resolve this issue. The business number is (704) 216-8000 EXT 231 Resolution Sought I need them to cancel the warranties and return the money to my lender First Technology Federal Credit Union.
