Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Customer Complaint

I had a membership to access their exercise videos for the cost of $93.90 every 3 months for one years time. I did not want or plan to renew my membership for 2024. On March 2nd they charged my bank account for $93.90, I called customer service the same day on March 2nd stating I did not know this would automatically renew because I was not planning on this. I asked her to reverse the charge and cancel. She refused to do this and said she cannot reverse an automatic renewal. I said I was not even made aware that it would be renewed automatically and I don't understand how they can take this charge out of my bank account today without my permission. Resolution Sought I want my $93.90 refunded.
