I purchased a used vehicle from Team Hodges on Saturday March 12, 2022. At that time I was told all the vehicle needed was either a power steering pump or rack. After signing all the papers the salesman told me " other than that it should be good". We took it to our mechanic and he said it should have never been driven off the dealer lot and it was unsafe to drive and morally they should have never let it leave their lot because of major safety concerns. The mechanic estimated $2500 minimum to get the car road worthy. We called them first thing this morning and voiced our concerns... and were told there was nothing they would do for us. Resolution Sought Give me my money back (less tax title and transfer fees) and take the piece of junk back.

This matter has been resolved. After emailing the owners of the company, they contacted my husband and provided a full refund and trailered the vehicle back to their lot.
