What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that a review may not be genuine, that is, it may not have been posted by a customer, we will remove it. Initial experience not great, but they made it right.

Unfortunately I had to go to the higher-ups in order to get my problem solved, but with that being said, the owners did end up giving me a complete refund, which satisfactorily resolved my issue.
