I brought my 2011 Subaru outback in to the service dept at team Mazda Subaru. Which is also where I purchased the vehicle for 17k 3 years ago. I was only going to get head light bulb and tail light bulb replaced for the second time since I bought the vehicle. My vehicle seemed okay on the highway on the way home but any time I hit a bump it was rattling in the right front of the vehicle. I asked my husband to look at it and told him that it may not be put back together correctly . He checked it out but didn't get underneath the car at the time because he's got a broken back and it's hard for him to get up and down. He called the service Dept Manager at the team Mazda Subaru because he found that All the pins that hold the front of the car together were broken and missing. They told him that was impossible and they didn't do anything wrong with the vehicle. So he called the owner Erin, and told them what happened he said bring it in and we'll have a real mechanic fix it and it looked like an uncertified technician in the shop is who did the head light swap. After that we were skeptical to bring the vehicle back to their shop, time passed and we had our right front fender inner fender just started falling off and fog light mount broken also .Bent fender when it was falling apart from not having anything holding it together now they said it's been to long and they don't think it's fair that we want reimbursed for the repairs my husband paid for and had to fix himself. Resolution Sought I want reimbursed for the parts and labor. Also I want them to recognize that they sent my family in an unsafe vehicle it's designed to absorb impact and if we were hit the car would have come apart and sent projectiles towards another vehicle and or myself and my family. hey dismissed me as a scammer! To me that's not professional or having any integrity towards your everyday person just pure disrespect and disregard for our safety. I want compensation but not sure what our safety is worth.
