They are a real estate property management. They do not fix things like they are suppost to . I sit here for over a month waiting for them to fix a sink and still nothing. They are suppost to maintain the property . They fix leaks in ceilings with towels and garbage bags . Resolution Sought Fix the problems

We have addressed any issues that the tenant has requested of us in a timely manner. I have attached the Binghamton Housing Authority Annual Inspection letter that was just done this month on this apartment. The Binghamton Housing Authority on the above referenced apartment performed an annual re-inspection on March 7, 2022 to determine that Housing Quality Standards are being met. We are please to pass the apartment at this time. Thank you Binghamton Housing Authority
