I had gotten a loan with them last November and recently I was over due on payments in the amount of 359$ I told them and communicated I was incarcerated and had been late on rent also so they told me by they would give me more time on January 20th my car was randomly repossessed they told me I had to pay 600$ to get my car out so in 9 days I gave my last dollars to get my car out in that amount they never told me we're the other 300$ went because my balance in total of the loan was 1087$ 600$ - that is 489$ but my balance was still 566$ that doesn't add right , than when I got to my car my car was totally different from before my two front driving tires are completely bald and now need new ball joints and wheeling alignment my car all around has scratches on it my door handles and windows do like it was keyed the repo company broke into the sun roof of my car and completely broke it it doesn't close all the way now the my cover on the sunroof is completely tore off , I've had money in my glove department stolen all of my belongings were went thru and thrown around I had two pair of Jordan 12s purple and black stolen and they also ripped my temp tag out of my back window when I reported this to the repo company and also Tebo they said I was assuming this the repo company had no inventory list to give me but still my car was damaged and stolen out of , than Tebo tells me I have to pay 535$ for repossession fees when I told them my car was like this after I picked it up . Resolution Sought I would like the business to either refund my money and completely end the loan because they allowed their collateral to be damaged and stolen out of ,, or take off the repossession fees of 535$ adjust my account balance to the correct 489$ and we continue the loan , or terminate the loan completely

Mr. Fulks' vehicle was repossessed by a third - party repossession company on June 20th. There were repossession fees incurred, and as a goodwill gesture, TEBO had waived over half of the fees owed. TEBO explained to Mr. Fulks he would need to speak directly to the repossession company regarding any alleged complaint of the alleged damage to the vehicle, ect.. during the repossession. At the request of Mr. Fulks, TEBO has refinanced this loan. Due to the consumer's inability to obtain license plates in the state of Ohio, Mr. Fulks' fiancée was added to the loan, so the title could be put in her name. TEBO is of the understanding this complaint has been resolved directly with the consumer.
