So there have been several time my husband has paid the bill which come direct out of his account and they say they didn't receive the payment and then he' cause back and they say well there cashing the checks but they see the money but act like they didn't get it , when I first got these solar my understanding was they were from 25,000 to 30,000 and that we would get a rebate check for 9000 which all was a lie , then we were told if we ever need our roof done they would come and take them off for free another lie this whole thing seems like they just try to pay themselves good commission and leave the American families in debt Resolution Sought Dispute the process and get it off my record period and reduce the price over 2 years 250*12 =3000 that's 6000 and I dont understand why my bill still is at 47000

Pink Energy installed a solar system at my resident that has not worked from day one and is still not working. Tech Cu has financed the project which I'm being billed for over $75000.00. I found out the solar system with a backup battery from Generac was not working when the power went out at my home. I have been paying on time until i placed a stop payment in May this year. I'm no longer interested in paying for something that never worked. I have been scrammed from the start to be charged for something they never intended to work. I want payment relief and nothing to do with this solar project. Resolution Sought I would like payment relief and they can come remove all the equipment from my property. It would be great if the state would place some regulations on how much can be charged for solar panels and control these company's.
