Provide services they are contracted to do and send persons that are able to provide his needs

Tec Medical has agreed to provide services to Joseph bare according to his needs. They send people who cant do and don't provide his needs. He's a disabled and needs total care. I have told them more than once that his needs aren't being met. They just keep sending people who have no training that can not do the job or several times a month They don't send anyone. They tell me its the families responsibility to have a backup plan even when they call after the time their scheduled person should have been there. They know I am his only family and I am disabled myself physically and cant lift on him at all. They don't care, have no compassion and are not meeting his needs. During the snow They left him unattended and didn't call me at all just didn't show up. He was a mess without his meds and food. He's bed fast and cant of for himself at all. This company is unorganized and not providing the services They contracted thru Buffalo Trace to provide services for Joe. He's a paraplegic and has to depend on his provider for daily help and he's not getting those services. Time and time again Joe has had to pay out of pocket for someone to come in and help the person they sent because she cant do the job Sadly. I am at my watts end with Tec. MEDICAL THEY need to change their name you light house keeping and Eton running for they sure don't provide and medical care. Get organized with scheduling so he is not left unattended and have a backup in place when they need one.
