Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This game app is very misleading. Took my money out of pay pal account. I emailed them and asked them to put the money back into my account. I did not like the game and played only 3 games. They keep telling me the same thing over and over again. That I have to deposit more money in order to cash out. I told them I wasn't adding any money into my pay pal account. I contacted pay pal and this has been going on since 5/13/24. Phone numbers I found for them is: 812.266.3338 & 320.298.5460. (this one is a recording of a woman saying they are scammers). Resolution Sought Put the $15.00 back into my PayPal account. To also put them on a list so other people are aware of them.
