Travis Christen, of Techtronics Repair Shop; in Golden Meadow accepted a simple job of replacing a fan for my laptop. He then burned a component on the motherboard. Knowing I am disabled and barely able to make ends meet, he agreed to honor the warranty and replace the laptop. After three weeks, the last of which he ignored all manners of correspondence available; I called the police to check in. I was out of options and forced to assume he was trying to steal my property. The officer called me and informed me that Travis told him I could sue for all he cares and for me to go retrieve my broken laptop as he would not honor his warranty. When I picked it up, he cursed at me to get off his property. In my humble opinion, this is not the type of business man who should be on this bayou. Anyone who takes advantage of a disabled man doesn't deserve our business. Resolution Sought I wish the business to replace the laptop they broke with an equal or better laptop if it's equal can not be found.

Robert's laptop was in my shop for a cleaning. It was covered in smoke damage, dust and god knows what else. I cleaned the laptop and told him that the fan needed to be replaced. I replaced the fan a few weeks later. The laptop again was covered in smoke damage and completely disgusting. The laptop did not boot up after cleaning it again. I told Robert that that I would repair or replace the laptop. He constantly called and showed him up at my shop multiple times before business hours. He then sent the police to my shop to retrieve the laptop. The police laughed when I told him it was a civil matter. I messaged Robert to come get the laptop. He told me that I will regret my decision of giving him back the laptop. I believe the reason he got so upset to send it the police to my shop is because he has something he shouldn't have on the laptop and he didn't want anyone to know. Robert is not disabled he just pretends to be!!!

My disability is very well recorded for the last dozen years . I have nothing to hide on the laptop. And regardless of his slander he admitted he returned a broken laptop he agreed to replace and needs to provide said compensation. As for dirty I can take pictures proving if is not dirty . A quick checkup would also prove he fried a component on the motherboard.
