Ordered back pack (early Nov. 2022) from techygear through promo. Only had to pay shipping cost which was 14.95. Didn't receive after couple weeks. Call techygear and they stated shipment would be in no less than seven days. After seven days no pack pack. Call back and they stated shipped had been cancelled. Their mistake and they would reorder. Called two more times a week or so apart. They stated shipment was on hold and they would reorder. I realize it's not a lot of money but need help resolving this. Resolution Sought I would like refund 14.95 I paid for shipping or back pack within a week.
