This company fails to honor orders paid for in advance. They also fail to correct or exchange items not order from the original order. They embarked a no return policy to avoid their own mistakes and avoids requests and submitted claims about their product or mistakes and imposes, you get what your sent no matter what. They advertise on Facebook and shut down their link when contacted on line, take the money and run. There is no person or customer service to speak with one on one. Resolution Sought Would like them to honor my original order and numerous filed claims to correct their mistake or provide a refund.

I purchased a coffee cup & tee shirt online through Facebook. I finally received the t shirt and the lettering on it is terrible looks like a botched iron on decal. I haven't received the coffee cup yet and I don't want it now. They have already charged my debit card for $53.88 and I sent them a email with pictures of the tee shirt Which is what was required for a refund and they just sent me an email informing me that they're not going to issue me a refund. I want my money back. I can send you a picture of the T-shirt and I still haven't received the coffee cup yet. I want a Full Refund. Resolution Sought I want a full refund of my $53.88
