I bought a truck in February of 2022 for 54000 and I went to trade it in a month ago and a different dealer ship offered me 18000. they said because it had a branded title but I was never informed that the truck had been in a wreck and the odometer had been rolled back and I still owe 35000 on the truck ive emailed teeters and told them and they said it had a good title when they sold it to me but it didn't Resolution Sought Full refund and pay court cost and attorney fees

Company states; Please be advised that we have tried to reach out to the customer. Also, note that we gave him a copy of the Carfax and offered to trade him into another vehicle, and offered him almost double, but he declined. So therefore, no further correspondence will be received on our side. Thank you,
