Hired Mr. Tejes to dissolve the 2 mortgage claim on my property. The claim was false claim and Mr. Tejes awarded this amount with our check the signature on the paper work. I told the lawyer I had a claim filed against me back in 2007 about a new roof installed. I agreed to amount of $15000. Once the payment and loan agreement came in . It said I owe $25000. Question the amount and the warranty paperwork never received. I paid on the loan knowing I had to pay for the new roof. Paid $8300. I contacted the state attorney filed a complaint was told yes I was a victim of price gouging. Stop making payment . . Resolution Sought Give me my money for my home I sold. On 5/3/2024. I only got $3700 . I was hurt moved in with my son.
