This company is rippe of trying to charge me for repairs when there is no charges letting me and my family be without fridge for 2 weeks now. accusations lying hanging up the phone refusing to fix my fridge that there getting paid by Samsung. Calling me names someone definitely should look in to this place and shot them down Resolution Sought Shot them down period awful service by manager John his assistant Albina pay me for all my lost time of work and my food that got bad due to no show for repair

Company states: She had a onetime recall which was completed, but she had other issues with the refrigerator. Unfortunately, those repairs were not covered and she did not want to pay. So she contacted Samsung who agreed to pay for parts but she was to cover labor which she refused. She harassed us and used profanity towards me and my employees. Because of this we have refused to service this particular customer and will not be offering any services. Thank you.

that is not correct Samsung did agree to pay buy you wanted money 120$-200-then 300$ thats what you told samsung and your employees Albina continued to cancel my appointment and call me last min before closing you telling lyes look at your feet back on yelp corporation lying from David and Albina i have witnesses and also your inspector paperwork signed by your employee that repair is 0$ cost for parts and labor i have proof
