I had been periodically checking the online portal and noticed i was approved around the beginning of May. I noticed it bad been a month later and the online portal was still saying approved pending landlord so i called. On June 8th, 2022 I made contact with the organization and was told that they hadn't received correspondence from the landlord, that they would try again that day and if nothing had been received they would notify me so that i could sign the necessary documents for direct tenant pay. A little over a week had gone by I hadn't heard received any correspondence so i again i called. June 16, 2022 i contacted them and i was told that Mr. Austin Bruns would proceed with contacting my landlord again and if unsuccessful he would continue on with the necessary documents for direct tenant pay that it couldn't be processed and submitted for payment until then. Mr.Bruns emailed me and proceeded to explain my frustration as i was just told the exact same thing a week ago. on June 20,th 2022 i was strolling through my downloads and i found the original statement that needed the landlords signature along with mine and the workers also, dated for 05/06/2022 so i signed it and sent it to Mr. Bruns. June 22, 2022 i contacted HouseWake to see if Mr. Bruns was indeed able to contact the landlord and to verify that he received the signed document. I was told Mr. Bruns nor his associate were able to reach the landlord that he would reach out to me so we could move forward with dir Resolution Sought I would like the business to pay amount that has previously been approved by the program
