It was very frustrating, and they did not fix the problem.
A professional office was not able to process my payment by check thru Telecheck. It was declined because I did not have 'sufficient history' with them. I was unable to resolve this. All I wanted to do was pay $45 to the professional office.Give Telecheck an 'F' again.

terrible company does not help customer
we had telecheck for over 10 years first i noticed they were charging we twice for 1 service and couldn't get anyone to cancel 2 nd charge each month then we changed pos software and telecheck machines we had were not compatible so we canceled service because i bought my telecheck machine to not have a monthly charge for leasing it then i noticed they were still charging me the normal fee each month as if i was still a customer we had auto withdraw we tried for over a year to get ahold of someone to quit charging us but of course they never got you to the right person etc so after one last attempt i had the bank stop the auto withdraw to them then they started calling of course always when we were closed leaving a message i finally got a call while we were open and the person says that i have to call billing to take care of that shes with collections the government needs to crack down on all these companies do such rotten business making it almost impossible to quit a service that your not lock into an interductory service they had no problem taking my money for over 10 years but when you try to leave they treat you like s**t.
