I bought a rice cooker for about a month, still under warranty for one year. Something wrong with the rice cooker, I'll take it back they supposed to fix it but they took it too long, then I don't get respond, so I want my money back Resolution Sought Refund my money

Company states; She picked up the Rice Cooker home after police came over to Teltron to settle this one. Rice Cooker done repair. Tletron have to wait for manufacturer to come to pick-up repair or else customer need to bring over to them. Actually we did customer a favor to ask the manufacturer to pick up or else they have to go there themself. (copy of report issued to BCA) Today, 10/5/23, she came over our store yelling and asking ort new customers don't buy from us. We have to solve to this problem by calling the police. I think she just need back the money, but we cannot because purchased over 2 months. Police came and she have to bring back the Rice Cooker home.

Consumer states; This is my second time complain them. Today I received a call from Teletron to pick up a rice cooker , but I didn't check rice cooker before I take it , this when I brought it home I opened it , it still the same problem, the lid doesn't closed properly. What should I do, should I bring them to the small claim court, I'm not happy with the results. Return my money.
