I started membership on May 14th 2022. I was billed on May 17th and my credit card was charged on May 18th. There was a 7 day free trial membership, was billed before my trail membership ended. There is no phone number listed for TrapCall for customer service. I believe I was also charged 1.00 today to talk to an IT, because the customer service (live) chat, didn't/couldn't refund my money. I cancelled my subscription today! I look forward to hearing frim you and I appreciate your time. Thank you! Resolution Sought Have a phone # for customer service, refund money that was taken before 7 day trial was over, & have a refund policy, when they go against their own contract agreement as sign up.

We were able to locate your account and it appears that a subscription was selected on 05/10/2022 at 06:11:43 AM EST where a practice call was performed and answered from your device. You were billed on 05/17/2022 at 01:06:11 PM EST, which is 7 days after your free trial began. We were able to locate a ticket you opened with our support team via support@trapcall.com on 5/20/2022 at ?09:40 AM EST, where the representative you spoke with provided a full refund and canceled your subscription. In case you didn't receive their follow up from 5/20/2022 at 12:34 PM EST, here is the response again:-- Thank you for reaching out. Please, accept our apologies for the issue you have. I was able to cancel your subscription to ensure that you are no longer billed. A refund has been issued in the amount of $14.94. Please allow 5-10 business days for it to clear.
