Telxius Company provides Communication services to XTrim (Tv. Cable) Ecuadorian company that is charging me a debt of an internet service that i never used it, because this internet never worked so in 2015 that occur this issue i gave them back their router, And 3 months ago this year 2025 this debt reflects in my Credit Score Hector .I am not going to pay for a service that i never used it, and acording to the Financial Code this should be prescribed. The second one Telxius Company that also provides Communication services to Claro ecuadorian company that charged an amount of 2000 usd to my brother for calling services that he never used it Resolution Sought Pay back the money charged for services that never was used
