My husband bought a car from the Hyundai dealership in Temecula CA. October 2020 and 5 months after we've had it it just stop working at 4am when he was driving to work and we had it towed to the dealership on April 13 2021. The Hyundai dealership keeps saying their going to get the parts in. Because it coming from overseas. So the engine head got cracked and the bolts ruined the heads . So the whole engine is gone. My problem is it's going on 6 months now and they are not guarantee that the car will work once we get it out. My husband has been paying for a car he doesn't even have and they will not compensates for any of the hardship that we have been through. We have only one car . If they sold us a lemon....we will surrender the car and ask for a money back. They just told us again that the parts are coming on September 24 but don't count on it. Resolution Sought I would like them to give us all of the month of payments we have made since they have had it until we get it back in good working condition.
