I requested repair on my AC unit and requested payment before service which I paid in advance. TCS came out and didn't put my system together correctly causing major damage to the unit. When asked for repair TCS stated they are going to cancel my service contact and to call someone else. Also charged me again for services which was not rendered. Resolution Sought Repair unit as requested on the service contact.
