The item that I ordered, and the item that I received was not the same item as shown on the website. Every number that I was given to resolve the issue was unable to allow me to continue with that service. People won't allow me to return or get a refund for my purchase. Can you please give me some assistance UPDATE 10/23/25 I wanted to let you know that I did receive a refund from Temu,Thank you so much for your help. However, I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for my return shipment cost. Resolution Sought Help me out with getting a refund

I was sent a rooftop bag that fell apart at seams when I went to use it I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't help me because return window closed. However, I didn't want a refund. I wanted a product that worked as advertised. They were completely unable and unwilling to do anything about it. Buyer beware!!! Resolution Sought Ship a product that doesn't fall apart at the seams.
