I ordered a Jean Coat online from Temu Dec 14, 2025. The wrong size was received on Dec 27, 2025. I contacted Temu Customer Support online after advising the Rep that l did not want a partial refund. I was offered a free return and took the package to the UPS Store the day I received it l dropped it off. I was issued an Order-Return form with the tracking number 1ZG1896F9004125294. The Coat was returned to Temu Jan 2, 2026. I contacted Temu to request a refund since l shipped the return the same day l received it and Temu confirmed receiving but denied my request for my refund. l called PayPal to see if the would refund me they allowed me to open a dispute, January 9, 2026 l received an email from PayPal, Temu wanted to make me an offer to refund me . I noticed immediately that the email it instructed me to return the item the. Coat to Temu.com 725 Arizona Ave, Suite 202, Santa Monica, CA, US, 90401. I emailed PayPal a screen shot Temu confirming receipt of the return, l also sent screen shots of the UPS Drop-Off with the tracking number, and a copy of tracking information that showed the packaged had been delivered. PayPal sent an email to Temu asking them to give the information about the return, As of January 14, 2026 l was told by a Rep at PayPal they hadn't heard anything from Temu. I'm 70 years old Temu has committed fraud. I received an email this morning from PayPal they've closed the case in my favor my refund could take from 5 to 30 days. Resolution Sought Admit what they did, l have everything to confirm what they did. I want a written apology from the corporate office of Temu. I keep thinking about customers who never got their refund. I so happy that l a computer literate l have church members and neighbors who have been taking advantage of. I was able to expose Temu's fraud attempt to PayPal. I got an email this morning notifying me of my $31.38 refund. I spoke with an online attorney who supported me for filing my complaints.

PayPal emailed me Temu wanted to make me an offer to refund me on Jan 9, 2026 if l would return the item at my own expense and ship it to an address in California. I emailed PayPal a copy of the Drop-Off Package Receipt with the tracking number issued to me Dec 27, 2025 the day I received and dropped the package off, a screen shot from me with Temu.com Chat Support confirming receiving the item on Jan 2, 2026 including the tracking information. PayPal checked the tracking number that confirmed a Jan 2, 2026 delivery to Temu.com and requested Temu.com advise the date the item was received . As of Jan 15, 2026 PayPal had not received that information, I received an email from PayPal the case was closed in my favor on Jan 15, 2026, a refund of $31.38 was issued, the funds were available in my checking account on Jan 16, 2026. I can forward emails l received from PayPal and screen shots of chats with Temu.com Chat support. I want to forward all of my information to the CEO of Temu.com and his Corporate staff, they should be made aware of the poor customer service Temu.com's employees are providing to their customers.

I want to report this company because just to make my point first I'm gonna tell you what happened today. I received a a message from Temu that stated for being a valued customer I can get three free gifts for 100 free now at the end of that I should've only had to pay the shipping and handling. Well as I was ordering my three free gifts they put up another one and they said well you could add one more and then you had to in order to cash out that one more I had to then pay for one item or whatever and or not even one item of any item, but it had to equal $20 or more for it to ship so that meant I had to add items upon items in order to cash out or just one big item for 20 Bucks. Now the thing about it is, I believe they're scamming people because you say 100 three free gifts then I shouldn't have to be hit with another gift and then have to pay to add more gifts just to get that gift just a cash out and equal up to $20. That doesn't make sense. That's not there actually that's like scamming people so you're like telling us we get a free gift and then then we don't get it. In case in point the other day I got a coupon that stated I get a $300 gift card and I had like three gifts I can choose from three free gifts and then another gift at the end like I said again I had to purchase something but each purchase was you couldn't order anything below $10 cause it had to ship and you could only order up to $10 worth so I either had to order more items or order one item worth $10. Resolution Sought I'd like to see you know them get a I can't say I'm fine but somebody needs to speak to them and tell them that what they're doing is not right because people are paying out hundreds of dollars just to get something the day specifically said it's free. So it just needs to be looked into I mean honestly I'm getting my items and get to keep them and I don't have to pay for them. They're reimbursing me so I guess that's a plus right there, but I really feel that it needs to be looked into because I
