I had 2 orders involving 3 items delivered to the wrong address. I advised Temu of this several times they told me to reach out to the carrier which is GOFO. I advised the carrier service that they delivered my package to the wrong address and showed them proof. I received an email stating that they apologize for the inconvenience and advise Me Me to give that email to TEMU. I have been going back and forth with TEMU for almost a week now only for them to deny my claim. I have expressed to them several times to look at the picture. It shows the wrong address and I have provided them my address which has not changed in over the last 17 years they refuse to look at the pictures. Resolution Sought Refund my money immediately

Went to Temu because of ad offering 7 free gifts of your choice with purchase. Here is the problem.. when you pick your gifts (7) you pick items you want to buy. Min purchase 1 item… which I did. Hmm I didn't buy 7 products so it only allowed me 1 gift!! That's not what's up there. Bait and switch!! I know it's illegal. Fine them heavily… tired of their BS Resolution Sought Be honest… if it's one gift per item say so. Of course I cancelled what I wanted I don't like being played with like that. Shame on them!!
