Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. Temu gives promotions and move the bar. There promotions are bate and switch. I have orders that haven't shown up. I try to cancel an order also and the shipper cancelled my request to cancel the order. I was to a Supervisor would contact me. That never happened to. They're promotions are very misleading and confusing on purpose Resolution Sought I like the item promise at 1 cent each

Over $750 in Charges from my Debit Card. NEVER EVER Receiving a Receipt or Invoice from them!! I've received items NOT Ordered, 4 items received when 1 (ONE) was ordered, I got 10 (TEN) items that I NEVER Ordered!! I could tell you SO MANY MORE COMPLAINTS About Temu????????. Terrible Upset by this so called "Impressive Company". Resolution Sought Have them send this Consumer EVERY INVOICE AND RECEIPT as well as the EXACT QUANTITY And Including the Dates of Items that were Ordered and When they Actually Sent. This Consumer NEVER AUTHORIZED MOST of the Items that were Sent. I have a HUGE BOX (refrigerator size) FULL Of JUNK??Please get this complaint resolved ASAP????????????
