Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. So I've been ordering from Temu for several years now the last few months I've had several issues but they've always taken care of it the last month and a half two months I've had nothing but issues defective items order is not being delivered so on and so such so I complain last night And it seems they completely deactivated my account however I have several hundred dollars worth of orders that were already paid for and then I'm currently waiting on several in which were supposed to be delivered today which were not I cannot get a hold of anybody. I cannot email them. It seems they have blocked me yet. I have not refunded any of my money. I'm not sure how to go about this, but I know this is definitely not fair and definitely not right if you could please get back to me Resolution Sought I would like to know if you would be able to help me resolve this issue whether it's a conversation or I actually do get my orders

My problem is I keep calling customer service, trying to get my problems dealt with on here and their customer service computer keeps lying to me and telling me it's a real person when it's not and it's obvious I have screenshots of at least 7 different occasions, where the thing is lied. To me and I have not ever been able to get a contact with an actual person at their customer service. Nor are they trying to do anything to fix this situation Resolution Sought I want him to be held accountable for the fact that their computer is lying to people and that they don't give a d*** about their customer service, they don't care about their customers at all.They keep lying to their customers and it's ridiculous not to mention the fact that they're pricing listed on there , the way they list their prices is very deceptive and misleading because they list the price 41 item all the pictures of the item are representing a different item completely
