Consumer alleges your company did not deliver his order. Consumer placed an order on 01/17/2026 and paid about $1,098.67 which includes clothes, sportswear, and sweat suits. He was given a tracking number and it was to be delivered early February. Now he is told that the trasaction was fraud and his orderw would be returned. This company is taking money out of my account through Affirm and Klarna. When I order they are over charging and a friend also feels the same. No way I be owing a bill as Lowe ad 60.00'pver a period of 6 months. It's hard to trace because the act as if they can't investigate if you don't have the order number. which at the last time I called was very difficult to locate me on their site. I am hoping that Klarna and Affirm are not a party to this theft because it's helpful to pay over time, but could be possible. I have stopped completely ordering from other counties. Since use ti order from Temu my debit card had been compromised 4xs in 3 months causing a lot of inconvenience. Resolution Sought To show me my order history and my payment history. I would love for your organization to do a full investigation of Temu practices. Also I filed a complaint with Affirm a few months ago but I don't know the outcome.
