February 8th my wife approached me about a promotional deal that she had received from timu it involved buying certain value worth of items and she would receive the same amount free so so I let her use my debit card so that she was able to make the purchases I thought it sounded like a good deal so I also did that now we come to March 3rd and I received my bank statements and timu has taken 3800 out of my checking account that I did not authorize it is impossible to find your order on timu to verify the orders and purchases so I went and checked all the items I had received and all the items she had received the items I received told up to $325.52 the items she received totaled $702.72 now I looked at my bank statement and they took out of my account starting February 8th I'm just going to give you the big numbers $130 467 $213 $125 $379 $228 $342 $342 $192 $335 plus 30 additional smaller deductions from my account ranging from a dollar up to $79 I never authorized this I didn't know anything about it and my wife never authorized it now trying to deal with timus customer service you might as well forget it gets you absolutely nowhere I immediately canceled my card froze my account and marked it as fraud I'm going to go to the police station and file a police report for theft their ads are extremely confusing and misleading I never received any free items my wife never received any free items and in fact the receive the free items that we did pick they charged us for and way Resolution Sought I want all my money back and I will send them the items that they sent us right back or I am willing to pay the initial $325.52 and $706 that my wife bought I don't want anything else more coming from them if there's anything that they sent us I don't want it they send it back I don't want nothing from them except for the money they stole from my account

Temu refused to honor their policies for an item that was Never received. I was given an empty bag with no item. Temu has refused to give me a store credit or a refund for that item! Resolution Sought I would like a store credit or a refund for that item.
