They are liars and they commit fraud and get away with it

Temu will give you a option to pick 3 to 5 items for free and tell you to buy one item to get your free items but you don't get them, they just keep asking you to buy another and another item and you end up buying 6 to 10 items before you get the free ones and the costs are jacked up to where you don't get anything free,you've already spent so much money that you have paid for it all. I also received a 42$off coupon for one item, I bought the item and only received a coupon for under 2 dollars. They are liars and they commit fraud and get away with it. They should be banned from working in the United States!

I would just like them to STOP the deceptive ads/promos.

Not sure what the amount actually is..here's why. I have bought a lot of things on temu. Twice I have been offered to p/o three items for .01 each if I made a purchase. The 1st time I spent money but NEVER got the other 3 items. I thought I'd done something WRONG. The next time it occurred I watched CAREFULLY. I made a purchase & the same thing happened AGAIN.
They always have some kind of weird 'spin the dial' stuff 2 get discounts, etc that just MAGICALLY NEVER HAPPEN. I have screen caps of my chats with their customer service agent & there was NO RESOLUTION. They offered to give me a 15.00 concession but I didn't want it
