I ordered some plants from them, and I received a confirmation email right after the purchase. After that the item 3 weeks late, and dead. I called them, messaged them and emailed them multiple times. Never any response. Then during all of this searching for information I find multiple reviews of people saying that they ripped them off and never sent them their products just took the money. Resolution Sought I want this scam artist of a business shut down, and my money back please. Thank you for your time.

This customer did talk with our customer service team. We gave him the warranty https://tnnursery.net/warranty/ which this customer agreed to before he was able to place his order. Most plants will not bloom until the following year; therefore, we offer a 1 year warranty with our plants. This customer has not given us any further communication.
