Travis Arceneaux was hired by Ronald and Dawn LaPierre to do gutting, remodeling, insulation, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, floating, taping and painting to residence at 728 Whitney Ave. New Orleans, La. 70114. Upon receiving several payments totaling up to $34,500, Mr. Arceneaux has not been able to be found/contacted. We've made several attempts to contact Mr. Arceneaux but to no avail. The only thing that Mr. Arceneaux has done to said property is the gutting portion of the contract. He started working on said property at the beginning of July 2023. The last that I had made physical contact with Mr. Arceneaux was around the beginning of September 2023. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is for Mr. Arceneaux to return the monies that were paid to him for work that he did not do. (Which in all fairness, in my opinion, would be 24,500. He can keep the 10,000 for the gutting portion that was done.
