Terminex came to my home on March 18 2025 He arrived at my home at 9am stayed in his truck and left at 944am he never gotten out of his truck to do the service trying to get paid for not doing what get paid for. Resolution Sought Report them to others not make pay.

-had Terminix services for couple of decades-contacted them several times by phone (weeks or months apart), several months ago, explaining the most recent issues and asking to contact or speak to supervisor or manager; was told they don't have any numbers for such but that I could leave my name and number and someone would get back to me. Not once did anyone contact me after any of those calls. About 2 weeks ago someone left a message saying I had an issue about not being contacted before day of technician's arrival. That is only one piece of the problem. I wanted to let them know what I needed and to have someone there when they came. -I had told them a number of times that the outdoor rodent bait boxes were not being filled, and that was substantiated by the man who has been there when they come. Also, when bait put in only a third or so of the amount the trap allows has been put in. -about a year and a half ago someone that may contract with Terminix (a Mike White) came out and said he could solve my rodent problems for over $2000.00. I declined. Sometime in November someone from Terminix came while I was home. He said he had messaged me. Turned out he had sent message to my land line. He said he was here for termite inspection. I do not to my knowledge know of anyone coming out for termite inspection for years. He went under the house, found no termites but found some standing water after big rain. I got call from the same Mike White…. This is not the Resolution Sought I told white not to come since I'd called by basement guy. He said he had to. When he came he told person here that I shouldn't have the bait boxes that Terminix put out since they draw rats to house. After all of this I wrote polite letter to Terminix main office in Memphis explaining and told them to cancel my contract. A lady at local Terminix today said I had an outstanding balance and that my letter to Terminix did not and cannot cancel my service, I WANT MY SERVICE TERMINATED + NO BILL
