I have been with this company for 20 plus years. They were generally good until two years ago. I told them they needed to call before coming out because the building is locked and no way to get in. They continued to claim they came and sprayed and continued to bill me. I called the general manager and he assured me they would call and again they billed me for services not preformed. When I called the Manager again regarding the same problem he got very nasty and unprofessional regarding the issue and accused me of not responding to there messages and became a real jerk. I got billed for 6 months of services that the company claimed they did but had no way to get in the building.

In the process of renovating a room, I noticed the baseboards were completely rotted out. My handyman pointed out the wall and showed me termite tracks. I immediately notified Terminix since I have had a contract with them since 2012. I had problems from day 1 as the receptionist could never find anyone to talk to me. When I finally reached the technician, he came out, took pictures and informed me that they needed to treat the problem. It took about a month of calling before the next guy came out and treated the house and took more pictures. Then another month of threats to file a complaint against them and calls before I heard from technician No. 2 who told me he was out of the office until the next day, but would call me the next morning to tell me about the progress on my complaint. That was in August. I have not heard from them again. I cannot tell you how many times I called and the receptionist was never able to locate anyone to speak to me. It is now October. I have not heard from them. We are elderly and on fix income. We have had to struggle to pay them every year for almost 10 years and we deserve better treatment than this. They have come to our home every year, inspected for termites and made a report that no termites were spotted. Because I did not know what termites looked like and the tracks that they make, I did not bring this to their attention earlier. I don't know how long the termites have been there but they are suppose to be the experts. I want them to honor their contract to me.
