Tesla referral awards program - I had 1,500 referral credits that "expires September 20, 2024. I tried to redeem them yesterday on Sep 20 and was told they expired. Their claim is the system doesn't allow them to do anything. And they also claim that it means I needed to use it as last day on Sep 19. Quite frustrating and not clear at all. I have used many sites and this is the first time I have been told this actually expired or I could use it up to the day before the expiration date. Resolution Sought Reinstate my referral credits of 1,500 worth $150.

we originally had solar city and tesla bought solar city. they are without a doubt the worst company to contact when we had a problem. for more than a year or two getting them to respond needed a new monitor on our 9 yr old solar city unit and they sent us a tesla monitor that doesn't work, repeated emails phone call aren't answered. now we have to pay electric bills for 3 months over 150 I am 80 years old I feel taken advantage of. they are horrible to deal with....the worst truthfully. Resolution Sought My dream would be to have them come out and take these useless panels off at there cost. I hate liars.
