Tesla energy is a horrible company when it comes to the solar panels. The customer service is horrible. They transfer you to different departments with no resolution. They won't service their own equipment. They DO NOT assist their customers. They do not update or upgrade the system. Nor do they assist when you have questions about your bill. Resolution Sought I would like someone to call me to truly explain and help me understand why I still have a 2000 dollar electric bill when I have solar panels. If my system needs to be updated please update it.
