I ordered a digital copy of a textbook for one of my college classes from TestBankSafe.com. The textbook was "Security in Comouting 5th Edition". However the textbook I received says that it is the teacher's manual. Received. I contacted the company via the email on their website (inquiry@testbanksafe.com) and after receiving the same canned answer twice I tried calling the phone number on their website (732-587-2469) however, I got a "not in service" message. I contacted the company requesting a refund and I was told "We strive to achieve zero refunds through a sufficient and foolproof system of verification and purchase as follows. We have sufficient check points to ensure that the product is verified from all possible characteristics before buying. All our products are digital downloads and hence not returnable/exchangeable after completed." I provided screen shots of the manual I reviewed clearly showing that it was not the manual received via email and the company continues to deny my refund request. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of $35.00 and I will delete the manual that I received.
