I paid for $40 worth of gas and then I pumped it, or so I thought. The meter read right but did not pump gas into my car. I left the gas station thinking it was just my gas gauge not working but soon ran out of gas completely and pulled over on the side of the road. I called the gas station and they said if I could get there before their shift changes then they could refund the money. I was on the side of the interstate for two and a half hours before someone could bring me gas and by the time I got back to the gas station they had already done the shift change but told me to come back tomorrow during the same time that I initially bought the gas and they could do something about it then. I went back the next day to get refunded and they said they couldn't give me the $40 until they looked at the cameras to see if I didn't pay for the gas and then just drove off. They took my name and number but never called me. So 2 hours later I went back to the gas station where they showed me a bunch of receipts that made no sense to me and basically told me I will not be getting my $40 back. Resolution Sought I would like the business to give me the $40 back or at least the gas that I paid for but didn't get.

1. If somebody not pump the gas or less amount receipt will show you. 2. We know this gentleman long time. 3. Always sit inside the store with our one previous cashier. One year ago that cashier left. He stop come. 4. Last few weeks ago he start come. 5. This gentleman takes gas at 12:57 PM and enformed at 8:30 PM at night??
