Gas needs to be checked and pumps need to be checked for bad gas and rigged pumps

Got gas at this business thought it was a little high for the amount of gas I got. 70.01 dollars go 17.079 gallons at 4.09 a gallon. Pulled out and my car started cutting out never did that before. Several times during the day it did the same thing. I bought some gas treatment it seemed to help. Went to another place and put 30.00 dollars in at 4.19 got 7 gallons. I believe Texaco has rigged the pumps and has bad gas also. Needs to be investigated please.
