I went with this business because I was very satisfied with how detailed they were when I went for a consult. Then it came down to the job they were suppose to be performing. First, communication is almost impossible! They do not have a reliable phone line to get ahold of them. It will go to straight to voice-mail. If you send a text, you have no idea when you will hear back. Unprofessional to not have a good line of communication. Second, when it came to getting my countertops installed, they cut the wrong pieces I picked out. I have already waited 3 weeks for them. So i had to wait another 2 weeks for them to cut the correct pieces. Then the island piece I picked out had 1 corner cut different than the other 3. I messaged her letting her know this. She said it could be fixed without me losing any inches to my granite. Which I knew was impossible. Then she comes back to say I would lose inches. The only way for it to be fixed was cutting a while new piece. When we had words over this issue they told me I was being petty and nit picky. I told them they were Unprofessional for speaking to a customer like that. They finally agreed to cut a new piece. They came to install the other countertops that were previously cut wrong. They were still trying to get me to just fix the corner that was wrong without having to cut a new piece. I agreed but they had to knock off the rest of the amount I still owed if they fixed it. They agreed. But they never came back to fix my corner. Resolution Sought I just want them to come fix the corner they promised to fix. They will not answer my phone calls or answer my texts to get this issue resolved.
