Texas Energy Resource Innovations LLC complaints

For the past 2 months my parents have repeatedly asked them to void the contract for the solar panels they installed. My parents were mislead by the salesperson and do not want these solar panels anymore. They have on several occasions spoken to different representatives at Texas Energy Resource Innovations and have expressed their desire to void the contract and each representative gives them the runaround. They have promised to call back to give answers and never do, and they refuse to send a technician to my parents home to check if the panels are working. They say the panels are working but we believe the panels they say are "on" are the ones the first company installed, not the ones Texas Energy installed. After the first company installed their solar panels AEP sent a technician to certify the job was complete and well done and the panels were officially on. After Texas Energy completed their job no one from AEP came out to check if these 2nd batch of panels were installed correctly. I have since asked them to come check because Texas Energy refuses to send one of their technicians to verify. Currently, I am waiting for an AEP representative to go to my parents home and check if the panels are working or even on. The box Texas Energy installed is not green (on) like the one the first company installed. Resolution Sought What we want is for Texas Energy to remove the solar panels they installed and void the contract. The job was not completed and they have yet to give any clear answers. Their representatives are only upsetting my parents who are elderly and I fear if this continues, it may affect their health.
