I received a surprising letter in mail from the above named company

I received a surprising letter in mail from the above named company advising me to contact them via phone to 1-855-762-1024 within 5 days of receiving the letter to discuss the extension of my home warranty and if not by 8-25-23 I will be liable for all costs associated with any home repairs. I panicked and called. As I waited on hold, I noticed that my loan account info wasn't on this letter and the phone number was completely different. I asked them a few questions and the conversation went a little slower when I felt uncomfortable and shared that I needed to call my daughter's for their opinions on the issue because I had never received such a call. The person asked me "what can your daughters tell you about the issue better than I can". I felt their response to me was inappropriate and scary. I immediately hung up, called my sister and she guided me to look at my mortgage information and nothing matched and she suggested I put in this claim to help me and others. She also helped me with understanding not to answer these type of letters and calls. Thanks much.
