My total on my bill is $564.36, I spoke to someone over the phone letting them know that I would like to give $20 weekly payments. But $300 was taken from my account without consent. There was a $25 sign, and the lady over the phone said that $20 weekly payments is fine. I can't afford to have $150 taken from my account. Resolution Sought I would like my $300 refund back on my account, and for the business to allow me to just make the $20 weekly payments until the amount is paid in full.
