Worst insurance company

I am a customer of Texas Ranger MGA and I have a full coverage insurance. I had gotten into an accident and was able to get a hold of them and file a claim but after the claim was filed I tried contacted them for two weeks straight and I gotten no answer everything and the system transfers you to a voicemail after exactly 15 minutes, I tried calling the claims department, my Adjustor , and even the complaint department and I have even emailed them but they do not answer me
