I went to Texas Roadhouse on 8/1/23 to celebrate my 34th wedding anniversary. We ordered food for a party of 4. The one was cold, hard, burnt and had a lot of pink in the middle and bloody. We requested a little pink in the middle. The mashed potatoes were cold and second one was cold too. The sirloin and shrimp was cold as well. The meat was hard and bloody. The pulled pork was cold and no taste. The only thing that was good was the beer. So I complained to the restaurant and they just want to give me a $35 gift card. I told them I want full refund. Just credit to go back so they can make it right. That's the reason why I'm writing this complaint. And full refund for what we paid. Resolution Sought A full refund credit to go back to restaurant and make it right.
