I ordered that steam cleaner they took the money out of my checking account the tracking number said it was delivered on the 10th of this month but I never received it and I can't find no phone number to call nobody about it Resolution Sought Give me my product if possible

Purchased item from company with bank card. Nothing on site indicated card would be locked & saved on site without choice to delete once payment was cleared. Contacted customer service on the site by messaging to them on customer portal, to have them delete bank card off site for security purposes, as they had their money for the item. They told me that they could not. Explained that they have no right to keep my card locked & saved so that I cannot delete it, & that I will contact my attorney regarding this matter. I have never had anything like this happen before. I am not going to cancel this card for I would have to change everything again after my accounts were broken into back in 2019 & 2020 before USA holiday season. But if I have to, they will hear from an attorney. No one needs this type of stress. My bank card has been literally hijacked by this company. They may have a good product, even though I have not received it yet, its now been a few weeks, but this whole thing is unacceptable. Below is only information that I could find as to where they are located. I thought I was ordering from a USA company, at least that is what is at top of page next to an American flag. Hope you can help!
