Consumer states; Lisa Townsend was hired to find out who was my Mother's birth Mother. She said if she was unable to find her birth Mother I would be fully refunded the $1400.00, searh fee. When she was asked to refund the money, she said no. I want to make sure customers are aware that she doesn't honor her contract. Resolution Sought Consumer states; I want a full refund of $1400.00.
